Hi, I'm a bypasser. Looking for another RP Naruto site. This one really caught my eyes as it allows the member who gets the kage position to make the rules. I guess I won't be able to challenge that. Also I'm not sure if this is a forum RP Naruto site, so I will most likely continue my journey through forumotion.coms
